01 / THE BEGINNING
It started with something personal.
After going through a breakup, Birloi Eduard Ștefan began thinking about how difficult the end of a relationship can be. That experience became the reason to build NevetsInc.
The idea was straightforward: help people understand whether they genuinely fit together before they invest so much of themselves in a relationship. Compatibility should matter more than a profile that happens to catch your eye.
Breakups are hard to deal with. Better connections are worth working on.
That is the motivation, not a promise that any algorithm can guarantee a lifelong relationship. People change. Relationships take work. NevetsInc aims to give a connection a more considered starting point.
02 / A HISTORY OF BUILDING
The first version wasn’t the breakthrough.
Getting there meant dealing with the parts that did not work.

Birloi Eduard Ștefan and Patrinoiu Calin start the project. A personal experience becomes a shared effort to help people find stronger compatibility.

THE ORIGINAL IDEA
Communication + compatibility.
The first concept combines communication with a matching algorithm. The ambition is to help someone find a long-term partner, potentially a partner for life, by looking beyond proximity and appearance.

BUILDING THE FIRST SYSTEM
Two founders. Different contributions.
Birloi Eduard Ștefan handles coding, product and business direction, branding, implementation, and overall execution. Patrinoiu Calin contributes ideas, builds the early UI, and provides initial funding that helps the project get started.

WHAT WENT WRONG
A connection should actually connect.
Connection failures, chat problems, and reliability bugs make communication difficult. Before the matching idea can mean anything, the basic experience has to work. Those problems are part of the history, not a footnote to remove.

THE FIRST BREAKTHROUGH
A working prototype.
After the connection and chat problems, the first successful working prototype makes NevetsInc feel real. The project is no longer only an idea about how connection could work.

THE FIRST SUCCESSFUL MATCH
The concept works.
The first successful match is another defining moment: the compatibility system does what it was built to do. It is a meaningful milestone, not evidence that a relationship will last forever.

BEYOND THE PROTOTYPE
A broader ecosystem.
NevetsInc develops beyond its original prototype. Today the public ecosystem includes Spark, NevOS, and NevAI, with a team working across engineering, infrastructure, security, testing, and marketing.
April 11, 2026 is the confirmed founding date. Later milestones are shown in sequence without undocumented dates.
Three things that were never automatic.
Trust.
People have to believe the matching concept is genuine and that evaluating compatibility will not become an excuse to collect their private lives.
Bugs.
Connection and chat reliability caused real problems. A useful idea still needs a dependable implementation.
Users.
A matching platform needs people to be useful. Finding those first participants is difficult when the value depends on other people already being there.
03 / THE MATCHING PHILOSOPHY
A person is more than a first impression.
The matching algorithm is intended to consider a broad range of personal characteristics and compatibility signals. In a sense, it is “judging every aspect of you”: looking at how two people may fit together, rather than assigning a person a measure of worth.
The goal is a stronger basis for a long-term connection. It is more ambitious than simply showing nearby attractive profiles, and more modest than claiming to predict the rest of someone’s life.
NevetsInc does not present this matching algorithm as an AI model. NevAI, the separate website assistant, is a different part of the ecosystem.
A system that considers so much about a person gives them a fair reason to ask: where does that information go, and who can see it?
NevetsInc’s design principle is to carry out sensitive compatibility analysis client-side, on the user’s device, rather than sending everything to NevetsInc servers to process. Needing to evaluate something should not automatically mean the company needs to collect it.

Administrative access is highly restricted. Birloi Eduard Ștefan retains access for operational moderation: detecting bots, banning accounts, handling abuse, and platform moderation and security operations.
Capability is different from routine access.
The policy is that Birloi Eduard Ștefan does not normally read private chats, private messages, matches, or user preferences. Administrative capability is not permission to routinely inspect people’s private relationships.

05 / THE ORIGINAL FOUNDERS
Names behind the decisions.
Two owners and co-founders, involved from the beginning. Their early responsibilities were different; both helped make the project possible.
Birloi Eduard Ștefan is an original founder and owner of NevetsInc. After a breakup, he began building around a personal motivation: help others find someone genuinely compatible with them. He took responsibility for most areas of the early project, from writing code to deciding how the product should work and how NevetsInc should present itself.

Development, coding, product decisions, business direction, branding, implementation, and overall execution.
Current responsibilities +
Backend engineering, architecture, APIs, and core systems. He also retains highly restricted administrative access for bot detection, bans, account abuse, and platform moderation and security operations. The stated policy is not to routinely read private chats, messages, matches, or preferences.
Patrinoiu Calin is an original founder and owner of NevetsInc. He helped shape the project from its earliest stage through ideas, financial support, and the early user interface. The money he provided helped NevetsInc get started; his UI work gave the original concept an interface people could use.
