Account Deletion

If you want to permanently delete your NevetsInc or Spark account, you can request it here. Use the email address linked to your account so we can verify ownership.

Request deletion

Enter the account details below and complete the verification. We will email you a confirmation with next steps, usually within one business day. You do not have to contact support separately — this form goes straight to our account team.

What happens next

After you submit, we send a verification email to the address you provided. Reply to that email to confirm, and we will schedule the deletion. Your profile stops being visible right away, and permanent erasure is completed within the period described in our privacy policy.

  • Matches, messages, and uploaded content are removed.
  • We keep marketing and financial records for legal reasons even after deletion.
