NevetsInc publishes an RFC 9116 security.txt with a canonical security contact through the Support Center. Security issues can be reported through that public route.

Privacy & data control
Published privacy and data-handling pages explain the information used by NevetsInc services, Spark photo review, account deletion, and data requests. The public policy states that personal user data is not sold, rented, or traded to third-party brokers or advertisers.
Safety controls
Spark publishes its safety controls: human photo review, blocking, reporting, visibility controls, mutual consent for applicable chat-filter changes, and support for two-factor authentication.
Operational transparency
The site exposes live system checks, a public incident history, infrastructure information, and a changelog instead of presenting availability as an unsupported marketing claim.
Identity & accountability
NevetsInc publicly names its owners, co-founders, team roles, founding date, products, and legal status. Team and company facts are also available through machine-readable sources for verification.
Developer verifiability
NevetsInc publishes developer documentation, an OpenAPI specification, an MCP endpoint, machine-readable company files, and Markdown representations of public pages.

This Trust Center does not claim an external security audit, security certification, or compliance certification unless one is explicitly published later.
There is no published uptime SLA or audited uptime percentage presented here. Current availability is shown through live checks and incident records.
No product can promise perfect security or safety. Published controls, policies, and reporting paths describe what is currently documented.
