Age Content Policy

The baseline minimum age to access NevetsInc services and create an account is 13 years old.

Users under 16 years of age must obtain verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to registration and use, in accordance with global digital-consent standards (including GDPR Article 8).

Individuals under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from using Spark or registering an account. Accounts identified as belonging to under-13 users will be terminated immediately with all associated data permanently deleted.

NevetsInc maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding any conduct or content that threatens the physical, emotional, or psychological safety of minors:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of minors is strictly prohibited and immediately reported to NCMEC and European law enforcement agencies. • Grooming, predatory solicitation, sexual advances, or inappropriate requests directed at minors are subject to instant permanent hardware/IP bans. • Bullying, stalking, intimidation, extortion, and harassment are strictly banned. • All moderation reports involving minors receive highest priority escalation.

• Child exploitation & sexual solicitation are strictly prohibited.
• Grooming, abuse, or harassment of minors is subject to instant ban.
• Intimate or inappropriate content involving minors is reported to authorities.
• Reports involving minors receive priority human moderator review.

To ensure platform integrity and verify member authenticity, Spark provides optional identity verification (photo and selfie checks).

Verification documents are stored in dedicated, access-controlled encrypted databases accessible solely to authorized moderation personnel and the user. They are never shared publicly, indexed, or sold to third parties.

Upon completion of the verification review, verified members receive an authentic Verified Badge.

Parents and legal guardians have the right to review, correct, export, or request the immediate deletion of their child's account and personal data at any time.

Parental requests submitted via NevetsInc Support receive expedited handling and are processed within 30 days in full compliance with GDPR and global child-privacy standards.

Users can report any safety concern, suspicious profile, or inappropriate message directly through the in-app reporting button or via the NevetsInc Support portal.

Moderation actions may include immediate content removal, temporary account suspension, permanent bans, or referral to legal authorities where required by law.
